RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC,

• Visualforce, and integrations.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to clarify business

• Requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end development activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Build and maintain APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP services, middleware tools, or platform events.

• Optimize system performance, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices following

• Salesforce development standards.

• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior/mid-level developers.

• Manage the full release cycle using CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Copado.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.

• Bachelor’s

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong proficiency in:

• Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable)

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications on Salesforce.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, API development, and middleware tools.

• Strong version control and CI/CD knowledge (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as:

• Platform Developer I / II

• Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (is a plus)

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
