• Design software architecture and lead technical initiatives for lending platform solutions
• Actively code and deliver features (70% hands-on development)

Your Skills and Experience

MUST HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, specializing in C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in ASP.
  NET Core, .NET 6/7+, Web API, and Microservices / Event-Driven architecture. 
• Solid experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core, and performance-optimized data access. 
• Hands-on experience with Angular (or any JS frameworks) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
• Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices. 
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). 
• Experience with unit testing & integration testing, and familiarity with TDD. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ownership and accountability. 
• Fluent English communication, able to work directly with US-based teams. 

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with messaging systems, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native practices (containers, IaC), Terraform.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and E2E testing tools.
• Exposure to legacy systems and authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with advanced DevOps practices, feature flags, deployments, and system observability.
• Background in Fintech domain, security/code quality tools, or AI-assisted development.
