Mô tả công việc Sales Representative (Printing Inks)

Our client, a multinational company specializing in printing inks, is looking for a Sales Representative with experience in flexographic/gravure printing inks and flexible packaging to develop the Vietnam market.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and generate sales for flexo & gravure printing inks.

- Visit printers/converters and conduct ink trials at customer premises.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot printing/ink-related problems.

- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversion.

- Generate direct export orders from Vietnam to the Indian manufacturing company.

- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

- Monitor competitors, pricing and market opportunities.

- Coordinate with the India technical, sales and production teams.

- Submit daily/weekly sales and customer visit reports.

- Travel within Vietnam as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 3–5 years’ experience in printing inks, flexible packaging, flexo/gravure printing or related technical sales.

- Good understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates and troubleshooting.

- Strong communication, sales and customer-handling skills.

- Having a good base of corporate and mid-sized customers.

- Vietnamese + English communication skills preferred.

- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-sales role.

- Experience working with printing ink manufacturers and knowledge of printing inks will be considered an advantage.
