• Location: Phu Nu Building, 20 Nguyen Dang Giai Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (Back office) on Sat (WFH)
• Report to: Head of Modern Trade
• What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Modern Trade Sales team to ensure efficient order processing, promotion execution, customer coordination, sales reporting, and smooth daily operations with key accounts.
• Key Responsibilities
• Sales Administration & Order Management
• Receive, review, and process purchase orders from MT customers.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order status and resolve issues related to order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Customer & Key Account Support
• Act as the main contact point for administrative matters with MT customers.
• Support the Sales team in preparing customer documents, contracts, listings, and promotional submissions.
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely responses.
• Maintain customer master data and account documentation.
• Promotion & Trade Activities Administration
• Support the implementation of promotional programs, product listings, price changes, and in-store activities.
• Track promotion execution and collect supporting documents for claims and settlements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding promotion mechanics and timelines.
• Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
• Prepare regular sales reports, sales performance summaries, and KPI tracking reports.
• Consolidate sales forecasts and monitor sales achievement against targets.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales-related reports.
• Claims & Commercial Administration
• Process customer claims related to trade promotions, rebates, discounts, and other commercial agreements.
• Verify supporting documents and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
• Track outstanding claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
• Support internal meetings and prepare required documents and presentations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Modern Trade (MT) customers is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industries is an advantage.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, be careful (good attention to detail).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• English communication skills are preferred.
