Job Summary

Assist with daily sales activities, including coordinating with MT & GT account and processing sale orders.

Key Responsibilities

• After receiving requirements from customers, prepare and send accurate quotations.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales contracts, and documentation as per guidelines.
• Collect and compile sales data for weekly reports.
• Organize and monitor schedules to meet deadlines.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, finance, and supply & demand departments.
• Follow up on delivery status, stock availability, and invoice issuance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or deliveries.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mind-set.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other related programs
• Certification in Sales Management is a plus.
• Any relevant certification or related fields is also a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Meticulous in managing tasks and ensuring high standards of work.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
