• The Importing – Logistic Executive controls and ensures a smoothly cooperation between outsourced providers and internal Logistics services.
• Key Responsibilities
• Import
• Track import shipments and ensure goods are delivered according to the required schedule.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to arrange import shipments in a timely manner.
• Perform customs procedure and ensure correction of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and so on) and Customs Declaration Forms.
• Arrange transportation from port/airport to the warehouse or factory.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, documentation issues and other import-related problems.

- Local Transfer & Inbound Logistics

• Coordinate the local transfer of goods and containers between the Highlands factory and other company locations/warehouses.
• Arrange trucking and container transportation according to production, purchasing and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Factory, Warehouse and suppliers to ensure goods and materials are transferred according to the required schedule.
• Monitor transportation progress and follow up with relevant parties to minimize delays or operational disruptions.
• Check and maintain relevant transportation and delivery documents.
• Support the resolution of transportation, delivery and receiving issues when they arise.
• Coordinate logistics activities and maintain accurate shipment records and documentation to ensure smooth and timely inbound operations.
• Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum Diploma level in Logistics, International Trade or Business administration. Basic knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• At least 2 years of experience in import, logistics, freight forwarding or related operations in manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Good communication skills and have high responsibilities.
• Critical thinking, analytical and solving problem skills.
• Proficiency in Customs declaration and Customs regulations.
• Able to work under time pressure and handle unexpected shipment or logistics issues.
