Role summary

We're hiring a Recruitment Partnerships Manager to build and manage our network of recruitment agency and staffing partners across Vietnam. You'll be the primary relationship owner between our company and the agencies who use our platform to fill roles for their clients.

Responsibilities

· Identify, pitch, and onboard recruitment agencies and staffing firms as platform partners across - Vietnam.

· Manage the day-to-day relationship with partner agencies and act as their main point of contact.

· Represent the company at recruitment industry events, associations, and networking circles in Vietnam.

· Gather partner feedback and relay it to product and operations teams.

· Support partner agencies in adopting the platform and getting value from it early.

Yêu cầu công việc

· 3+ years in recruitment agency business development, staffing sales, or talent partnerships.

· Existing network within Vietnam's recruitment and staffing industry.

· Comfortable managing external relationships independently.

· Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Quyền lợi

  • Thưởng: Bonus: $925 - $1,000 / month at target, uncapped above target
