Campaigns & Promotions

• Check OA messages/banners pushed to users: content, images, correct target user segment;
• Tap the CTA/deeplink to verify it opens the correct paywall and correct landing page;
• Check prices, discount codes, and display time-to-live (TTL);
• Check display conditions: app version, age, user type;
• Check tracking parameters (UTM) when a transaction occurs;

Product Operations

• Renew codes, sticker price mapping, service package conversions;
• Check payment flows: drop-checkout, IAP retry, refunds, transaction reconciliation;
• Operate the Admin Tool and cross-check results on the app.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3rd–4th year IT student, or 3–6 months of testing experience (including internships);
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets, Mac and understands the differences between platforms;
• Careful and detail-oriented — especially with figures (prices, quantities, IDs);
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets;
• Able to commit to a fixed schedule during business hours (campaigns go live at pre-set times);

Nice to have

• Previous experience testing apps with payments, subscriptions, IAP, paywalls;
• Able to read JSON; understands deeplinks, UTM/tracking;
• Familiar with Postman, Charles/Proxyman, Jira/Mantis;
• Able to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to help analyze requirements and suggest test cases.
