• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to identify potential issues and provide feedback.
• Create and maintain test documents, including test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and test data.
• Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities for product releases.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing as required.
• Identify, report, track, and retest defects to ensure proper resolution.
• Support customers and operation teams by investigating, reproducing, and analyzing issues reported during system operation.
• Coordinate with PO, BA, Developers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
• Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Skill & Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in Software QA/QC or a related position.
• Understanding of software development and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and test reports.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue investigation.
• Experience with task/bug management tools such as Redmine, Backlog, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly understand new products, processes, and business requirements.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced Product Team.
• Experience with HRM solutions, Odoo framework, or Product Team environments is a plus.
