Kỹ Sư Chất Lượng Điện Tử PCB & Phần Mềm (Hardware & Software QA)

1. Develop and maintain quality requirements for PCB, electronic components, and software.

2. Review PCB/Software design and manufacturing quality from prototype to mass production.

3. Evaluate critical electronic components for reliability and manufacturability.

4. Lead qualification of new suppliers and new PCB components.

5. Lead failure analysis of PCB issues from process line and market with suppliers and R&D.

6. Verify software release quality before production.

7. Coordinate software validation testing with R&D and Japan side.

8. Support IQC to work with supplier for quality improvement activities to reduce field failures.

9. Ensure electronic components and products comply with international regulations and customer requirements.

10. Review of product security processes and deliverables with Japan side.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. 2–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, or PCB/component suppliers.

3. Knowledge of:

+ PCB manufacturing process

+ Electronic components

+ SMT process

+ ISO 9001

4. Good analytical and communication skills

5. Able to communicate in English and read technical documents.
