• We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and drive the reliability, security, and scalability of our software delivery platform.
• In this role, you will lead infrastructure strategy, establish engineering best practices, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with software development, architecture, and client-facing teams.
• You will be hands-on across the full lifecycle - from designing resilient cloud systems to optimizing production operations.
• Lead the design and ownership of cloud infrastructure on AWS, applying infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform across multi-environment deployments.
• Architect and maintain idempotent CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, packaging, provisioning, and deployment automation.
• Establish and own the observability platform - including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and health dashboards - to ensure full system visibility across all environments.
• Drive GitOps adoption and standardize deployment workflows using tools such as Argo CD.
• Define and enforce standards for Linux-based environment configuration, hardening, and availability.
• Own the security posture of the platform: secrets management, least-privilege IAM, network segmentation, and compliance alignment (SOC2/ISO 27001).
• Integrate AI Agent tooling into DevOps workflows to automate incident triage, log analysis, and runbook execution.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure services meet defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Drive AWS cost optimization through FinOps practices (right-sizing, reserved capacity, spot usage).
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; lead architecture reviews and represent DevOps in cross-functional planning.
• Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides.

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• Deep expertise in Linux/UNIX administration, networking, and system security.
• Proven track record designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and related tooling.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS, and related services) - required.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code across multi-account, multi-environment architectures - required.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and tools such as Argo CD.
• Expertise establishing observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, and centralized log management.
• Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, etcd.
• Practical experience leveraging AI Agents or LLM-based tooling (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, custom agentic workflows) to enhance DevOps operations.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language: Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Strong communication skills - able to present technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
