JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will work in headquarters’ financial operations by reviewing payment documents, maintaining accurate accounting records, controlling costs and liabilities, and preparing financial and management reports. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across departments to strengthen financial compliance and garment industry operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review payment application documents to ensure compliance with finance procedures and company policies.

• Record, monitor, and control costs and liabilities related to contractors and suppliers.

• Record accounting transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following IFRS.

• Prepare multiple management reports for ERP go-live and management decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial advice and operational support.

• Contribute to improving financial forms, internal controls, and reporting processes for greater efficiency.

• Join with a team who actively uses AI.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Group Finance Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, auditing, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• A careful, responsible, and proactive working style with the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Has experience in garment industry is an advantage.

Working hours:

- From 9:00 to 18:00 Mon to Fri

- 2 Sats off per month, other Sats work from home from 8:00 to 12:00
