About the Company

A leading international developer and operator of integrated industrial parks and sustainable industrial solutions is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to support its continued business expansion in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activities for industrial land, ready-built factories/warehouses and other industrial real estate products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international investors, particularly FDI and manufacturing companies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants through direct business development, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Understand investors’ requirements and recommend suitable locations and industrial solutions.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including prospecting, site visits, commercial proposals, negotiation and deal closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, business partners, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and effective delivery of leasing commitments.
• Monitor industrial real estate trends, FDI movements, competitor activities, rental rates and market demand.
• Prepare leasing pipelines, forecasts, market updates and regular business reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking activities and investment promotion initiatives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in industrial real estate, industrial parks, leasing, investment promotion or B2B business development.
• Proven ability to develop new clients and manage the leasing/business development process from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
• Strong exposure to FDI investors, manufacturing companies and/or industrial tenants is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Vietnam’s industrial real estate market and investment environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English or Chinese for working in an international environment.
• Proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented with strong business development capability.
• Existing networks within the industrial, manufacturing or investment community will be an advantage.
