Handling of all customs procedures

Efficient contact to suppliers abroad and domestic

Ensure that the delivery time of material/finish goods are successful in regard to production/customers requirements

Efficient control of all related documentation on Import/Export issues

Arrange shipments according to procedures

Support other logistics tasks as assigned

1. Education

Required

College degree.

Preferable

University Degree, major in Commercial &Trade / Economy / English / Technical

2. Professional knowledge of

Basic understanding of foreign trade, forwarding, import export, custom regulations

3. Knowledge of computer servicing

• Can use Microsoft Office
• Can use ERP or SAP, preferable

4. Foreign languages

• English at B level or equal
• 5. Other

(e.g. competences)

• Good at communication skills and Negotiation skills
• Time management skill
• Open for learning new things and work under high pressure

6. Professional experience

At least 1 year of experience
