Currently, Rapid Aid Vietnam is open for the position of Senior Sourcing Staff. This role is responsible for managing sourcing activities, identifying and developing suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions to support the company’s operational and business goals.
I. ROLE AND OVERVIEW
The HR Supervisor is responsible for assisting and executing the Company's human resources management operations, with a focus on supporting daily tasks in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training & Development, Workforce Planning & HR Analytics, Employee Relations, Internal Labor Compliance, HR Systems, and Organizational Culture.
The position works under the guidance of the HR and Admin Manager to coordinate with department heads, employees, and team members to implement standardized HR processes, monitor compliance, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
The position also contributes to maintaining a professional, engaged, compliant, and performance-driven workplace culture.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Post recruitment advertisements on appropriate channels as assigned.
• Review and screen candidate applications and CVs against basic job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment tracking records and databases accurately.
• Assist in monitoring recruitment progress and preparing recruitment reports.
2. Performance Management & KPI
• Assist in rolling out periodic employee performance evaluation processes under the manager's direction.
• Collect performance evaluation results and follow up on documentation submission.
• Support managers in tracking and updating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Consolidate performance data for review by the HR and Admin Manager.
3. Training & Development
• Assist in collecting Training Needs Assessments from department heads.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and attendance tracking for training sessions.
• Maintain and organize training records, certificates, and feedback forms.
• Evaluate basic training feedback and prepare summary reports.
4. Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
• Monitor and update headcount tracking sheets, staffing levels, and vacancies.
• Collect and consolidate basic HR data (turnover, attendance, overtime) for regular reports.
• Assist in preparing routine HR dashboards and statistical reports as requested.
5. HR System & Data Management
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for new hires, transfers, and terminations in the HR system.
• Regularly check employee records for missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of employee physical and digital records.
6. Employee Relations & Internal Labor Compliance
• Support the handling of employee inquiries, grievances, and routine workplace issues.
• Prepare documentation and support procedures for disciplinary cases under management supervision.
• Maintain records for employee relations cases in compliance with company policies.
7. Labor Law, Compliance & Government Reporting
• Support the management of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (SI, HI, UI) procedures.
• Assist in preparing mandatory labor reports and government documentation.
• Track updates on labor regulations and assist in reviewing internal labor rules and policies.
• Assist the HR and Admin Manager during labor audits or government inspections.
8. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement
• Assist in organizing internal communication activities, company events, and employee engagement programs.
• Gather employee feedback on workplace culture and report to the HR and Admin Manager.
• Promote teamwork, positive communication, and adherence to company values.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resource

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge :
o Good understanding of basic HR operations (recruitment, C&B support, training administration, labor data).
o Basic knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and social insurance regulations.
• Skills:
o Good organizational, administrative, and multi-tasking skills.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees.
o Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility regarding data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS or timekeeping software is a plus.
• Language: Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
