1. Strategic Business Partnering

Advise BUDs on organization strategy, team capability, and people risks impacting the business;

Partner with BUDs to build the people strategy and organization strategy.

2. Workforce Design & Optimization

Forecast workforce demand in line with growth plans and business direction;

Design an organization structure aligned with the growth strategy;

Build the workforce forecasting model and manpower optimization strategy.

3. Culture Activator: Performance Culture

Design and improve the performance management system in line with the growth strategy. Build a high-performance and Continuous Feedback culture directly within departments. Strengthen performance management capability for the management team through coaching and training.

4. Culture Activator: Field Implementation

Design the engagement strategy and corporate culture initiatives at BU level;

Lead culture transformation and elevate employee experience at team level;

Proactively prevent employee risks;

Shape the candidate journey and hiring manager experience.

5. Talent Management & Succession

Design the talent framework, HiPo program, and leadership pipeline;

Build the talent retention strategy and long-term succession plans;

Forecast talent risks and organizational capability gaps.

6. Data-driven HR & Leadership Coaching

Coach the leadership team on people management and organizational effectiveness;

Leverage HR & business data to influence management and operational decisions and support strategic decision-making;

Analyze the workforce; automate HR reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is preferred.

7–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

Background in fast-growing or matrix organizations

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Proven experience in full-spectrum HR and organizational development

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage change and drive transformation initiatives.
