We are welcome the potential candidate for filling the position of Engineering Staff.

I. Main duties and responsibilities:

- Establish the manufacturing process for leading composite product in the aviation field.

- Prepare the work instruction to the serial product incorporated from drawing requirement and process verification trail.

- Consideration of the countermeasure for non-conformity.

- Process improvement and maintenance for serial production.

- Communication/Discussion with overseas customer and engineer in Japan.

II. Supporting tasks.

- Assist to other departments namely Production Control, Purchasing, Production, Inspection, Material Control, Quality Control and General Affairs on some related works.

- Other tasks/issues as requirements from Direct Manager.

III. Reporting/Communicating.

- Communication/Discussion with overseas customer and engineer in Japan.

- English communication is required (email, oral communication).

- Keep the good communication among Manager, Employees among all functions.

- Graduated in an engineering-related field.

- Female candidates are preferred

- Good operation of Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
