Production Staff - Nhân Viên Sản Xuất - Tiếng Anh Khá (Có Xe Đưa Đón Từ Công Ty Tới Hà Nội, Hưng Yên; Hải Dương)

• The Production staff will be in charge of all the production activities including and not limited of following up production planning, checking and following up the production progress.

• Ensuring the production achievement and production quality and report to Manager about bottle neck issues which may affect production plan and shipping plan.

• Making resource plan including training plan based on budget plan.

• Preparing and ensuring 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for production activities.

• Ensuring 5S and safety at workplace.

• Assessing risks and taking action to prevent risks at workplace.

• Investigating & finding RCCA (root cause, corrective action) of problems and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.

• Proposing improvements and implementing improvements which reduce cost, enhance product quality and work performance.

• Other tasks as required from Direct Manager and Deputy Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male or female

• Age from 21 to 26

• University graduation (Technical major is preferred).

• Having experience in production field of Japanese company will be an advantage.

• Good at communication in English

• Having high skill on planning, reporting and management

• Having high responsibilities.

• Good at Computer and Knowledge in Statistic.

• Good teamwork abilities, working independently and can work under high pressure.

- Residence in Hung Yen province is preferable.
