I. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and managing all factory operations to ensure production efficiency, product quality, optimal raw material utilization, cost control, and compliance with applicable regulations.

The position requires extensive experience in the wood processing industry, together with proven capabilities in overall factory management and operational leadership.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement factory operational plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Plan production capacity, raw material requirements, manpower, and machinery to meet operational demands.

2.2. Production & Operations Management

• Oversee all wood processing operations to ensure production targets, product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage the processing workflow, from raw material receiving and preparation to machining, treatment, and finished wood products.
• Optimize production processes, raw material utilization, labor productivity, and machinery capacity.
• Ensure effective management, operation, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.

2.3. Quality, Compliance & HSE

• Ensure incoming raw materials and processed products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
• Oversee quality control and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Ensure factory compliance with applicable regulations on occupational health and safety, fire prevention and protection, environmental protection, and other relevant legal requirements.

2.4. Cost Management & Continuous Improvement

• Manage factory budgets, operating costs, and manpower expenses within approved limits.
• Optimize raw material recovery rates, minimize production losses and waste, and improve cost efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and productivity enhancement.

2.5. People Management & Leadership

• Lead and develop the factory management team and workforce.
• Establish performance objectives, monitor results, and promote accountability across departments.
• Work closely with HR on workforce planning, recruitment, training, and employee development.

2.6. Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular reports to senior management on production, quality, costs, delivery, safety, and overall factory performance.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate action plans.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Wood Processing Technology, Wood Science, Forestry, or a related technical field.
• Good command of English (4 skills)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the wood processing industry, including at least 7 years in a senior management role within a wood processing factory.
• Strong knowledge of wood processing technologies, production processes, machinery, and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage overall factory operations, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, and workforce management.
• Strong track record in improving productivity, optimizing material utilization, controlling costs, and reducing production losses.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills;
