Export Documentation (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Xuất) - Quận 7, HCM

Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any).
Require & check SI, make HBLs to customers - Send pre-alert to agent (Debit/credit/ MBL / HBL / manifest)
Contact & chase carrier, LOGS service to provide DN/ invoice, input the carrier, customs/trucking, oversea AP, make payment request to carrier and collect MBL original/telex
Follow OP/sale quotation to issue debit, cross check if any difference with costing, send to customer confirm, post debit in system for FN to issue invoice
Follow customer's payment & issue HBL original/telex
Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.

From 1 year experience in logistics/freight forwarding/import – Export.
College or Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import – Export/ Logistics
Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese is a plus
Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
