Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily customs clearance activities and monitor overall customs operations for client.

Monitor and follow up daily customs issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize shipment delays.

Coordinate and communicate with customs clearance vendors to follow up shipment status and resolve operational issues.

Prepare and consolidate daily customs reports for internal and customer review.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure customs clearance activities comply with customer requirements and agreed service standards.

Coordinate with internal Operations, Customer Service and other relevant teams to handle customs-related issues.

Support process improvement and other customs operation tasks as assigned.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in Customs Declaration / Customs Clearance, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

Strong knowledge of Vietnam customs procedures and import/export regulations.

Experience in monitoring customs clearance activities and handling customs-related issues.

Good communication and coordination skills, especially with external vendors.

English: Above-average working proficiency, able to communicate and coordinate with vendors effectively.

Chinese: Not required; Chinese proficiency is a plus and may be considered for additional salary.

Good reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Careful, responsible and able to work under pressure.

Good Excel skills for daily reporting and data monitoring.
