Tuyển dụng Customs Clearance Executive (Sea - Air Freight/HN-HCM) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Working location: 1 in Hanoi (Senior) and 2 in HCMC

Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments, mainly for Sea Freight and Air Freight.

Prepare, check and submit customs declaration documents based on shipment and customer requirements.

Perform customs declarations through

VNACCS/VCIS and ensure declarations are accurate and completed on time.

Check shipment documents including

Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, C/O and other relevant customs documents.

Check and determine

HS Code, import/export duty, VAT and applicable customs policies/regulations.

Follow up customs clearance status and coordinate with Customs Authorities to resolve issues arising during the clearance process.

Handle

Yellow/Red Channel shipments, including document review, customs consultation and physical cargo inspection when required.

Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, trucking teams, warehouse and internal Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo clearance.

Advise customers on required customs documents and procedures and promptly inform customers of any issues that may affect shipment clearance.

Follow up and resolve customs-related issues such as incorrect declaration information, HS Code, customs value, tax or document discrepancies.

Maintain complete and accurate customs records and ensure compliance with company procedures and Vietnamese customs regulations.

Support other customs clearance and freight forwarding activities as assigned by the manager.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in

Import-Export, Logistics, International Business, Economics or related fields.

2–3 years of relevant experience in Customs Clearance / Customs Brokerage / Freight Forwarding.

Candidates with experience in a

Freight Forwarding / 3PL company are preferred.

Hands-on experience with import/export customs declaration and customs clearance procedures.

Familiar with

VNACCS/VCIS; experience with

ECUS is an advantage.

Good understanding of

HS Code, customs procedures, import/export duties, VAT and C/O.

Experience handling

Sea Freight and/or Air Freight customs clearance.

Able to independently handle customs clearance from document preparation/declaration through customs clearance.

Good communication and coordination skills with customers, Customs Authorities and internal teams.

Careful, detail-oriented and able to work under time pressure.

English

Able to read and communicate in English for customs documents and work-related emails.

Chinese

Basic/working Chinese is an advantage.
