·       Provide BUs and partners with reliable up-to-date and complete information

·       Manage customers’requests and complaints. Collaborate with related functions to deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within SLA to meet customer’s satisfaction

·       Track record of customer cases to suggest process/solution to prevent similar cases from occurring

·       Assist loyalty-related project launch preparation such as training section organization and system/application testing, etc…

Education: Bachelor’s degree in BA or related field Seniority:

Language: Fluent in English & Vietnamese Office skills: Excel, Power point, and MS word Attitude: Servicemind, positive work attitude

Functional knowledge & experience:

-  2-3 years experience in customer service or related field.

Functional skill:

-  Customer service oriented with servicemind

-  Ability to work under pressure

-  Troubleshooting, critical-thinking, multi-tasking, prioritize, and manage time effectively

-  Proactive attitude.

Managerial skill:

-  Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills, with capability to work effectively with various departments.

-  Problem solving and decision making.
