About the Role:

AVS Vietnam acts as the GSSA for several leading airlines, including DHL Aviation, SWISS, CMA CGM Air Cargo, Finnair, and others.

As a Customer Service & Inside Sales at AVS Vietnam, you will be the first point of contact for our cargo clients. You will handle booking requests, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and ensure smooth shipment execution. Your role is critical in delivering excellent customer experience and supporting our airline partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship of client-servicing with customers to support revenue generation

• Provide superb sales and customer service in all customer touch points so as to drive premium selling rates and regular business

• Maintain and assist the Company to procure high yield cargo transportation service sales from all forwarders/agents.

• Build close, strong relationships with all customers, agents and service providers.

• Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

• To Assist the Sales Manager to negotiate and execute sales contracts as required

• To identify areas of improvement to current business practices, operational processes, cost control, customer service and details of attention should be paid by the Company during its business operation.

• To ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Company’s operating system.

• To interact with customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards and KPI’s.

• Provide timely shipment status updates to customers

• To coordinate with headquarter office in implementing the works and respond to emails in a timely manner.

• Report directly to: Cargo Manager - Hanoi Station

• Strictly following company guidelines and policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarder, logistics, or customer service (air cargo background preferred). We also welcome applications from fresh graduates.

• Good knowledge of cargo booking processes and customer service practices.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Team player, adaptable, and customer-focused.

• Familiarity with GSA/airline cargo operations is an advantage.
