About the Role:

AVS Vietnam acts as the GSSA for several leading airlines, including DHL Aviation, SWISS, CMA CGM Air Cargo, Finnair, and others.

As a Cargo Operation Agent at AVS Vietnam, you will play a key role in managing daily cargo operations and ensuring smooth coordination between airlines, ground handling agents, warehouses, and customers. You will be responsible for flight operations control, shipment monitoring, and maintaining operational excellence to support our airline partners and cargo network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing all aspects of flight operations duties, complying with Principal’s and Company’s processes.

2. Close coordination with other Departments like Operations; Sales and Customer service, Finance and HR.

3. Supervising build-up to ensure full pallet maximization within approved contour and on time submission of documents for flight.

4. Work closely with DHL QCC and Ops support on all operations matters

5. Conduct monthly meetings with GHA on performance and any other issues.

7. Overseeing and conduct training for all Operations employees to ensure that they are competent/compliant with the processes.

8. Co-ordinate with DHL ACS Regional Operations team on any issues that arise.

9. Managing ULD Stock, checking of voids against LDM, sending of daily lying list and flight reports.

10. Report directly to: Cargo Manager - Hanoi Station

11. Strictly following the Company guidelines and policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-2 years of experience in air cargo operations, logistics, airline, or freight forwarding industry. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome.

• Basic understanding of cargo handling procedures and airline operations.

• Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).

• Computer literacy and ability to work with operational systems.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Team player, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Understanding of GSA/airline cargo operations is preferred.
