Business Development

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the aviation and travel sectors.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.

• Develop sales strategies and account plans to maximize market opportunities.

Account Management

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

• Understand customer requirements and propose value-added solutions.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market & Commercial Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.

• Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights.

• Support the implementation of commercial initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

• Support issue resolution and ensure smooth execution of customer requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Tourism, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• At least five years of experience

• Proven experience in business development and account management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in English;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer service skills; problem-solving and complaint handling; active listening and communication; teamwork; persuasion and understanding customer psychology.
