About the Role

Our client is a real estate developer developing a premium Grade A office and retail complex in Hanoi. We are looking for an Asset Operations Manager to oversee service quality, coordinate external service providers, and enhance tenant experience while supporting the project's operational readiness and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Quality: Monitor external property operations service providers against agreed KPIs and service standards, ensuring consistent service delivery and timely corrective actions.

Tenant Relations & Experience: Coordinate with tenants to address operational requests, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards throughout the lease lifecycle.

Leasing & Fit-out Coordination: Work closely with the Leasing team on tenant onboarding, premises handover, fit-out activities, and operational requirements to ensure a smooth occupancy experience.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with service providers and internal departments to resolve operational issues, improve service delivery, and maintain effective collaboration.

Operating Standards & Compliance: Review and improve tenant guidelines, building regulations, and operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with relevant requirements.

Building Operations Oversight: Monitor building conditions, common-area standards, maintenance, and safety matters in coordination with relevant service providers.

Performance Reporting & Improvement: Track operational performance and tenant feedback, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and preserve asset value.

Operational Readiness: Support the development of operating procedures and service standards in preparation for the project's opening and initial operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in property operations, commercial real estate, facility management, tenant services, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years in a managerial or equivalent position.

Experience in Grade A office buildings, shopping malls, mixed-use developments, or premium commercial properties is highly preferred.

Proven experience in tenant relations, service quality management, vendor coordination, and operational problem-solving.

Good understanding of building operations and technical systems, with the ability to supervise service providers and coordinate technical matters effectively.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
