Role Overview

Take ownership of the company’s ERP environment, driving system improvements, developing in-house digital solutions and aligning business processes with technology capabilities. The role works closely with internal departments and external technology partners to ensure reliable system performance and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and ongoing development of the company’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform, covering system parameters, core data structures, customized functions and connections with other applications.
• Lead the delivery of system improvement requests, from clarifying operational challenges and defining solution requirements to coordinating testing, release preparation, deployment and post-release records.
• Create tailored management reports, interactive dashboards and automated workflows to improve data visibility and streamline routine activities. Develop internal solutions using relevant tools and programming technologies instead of relying exclusively on external service providers.
• Work alongside business function owners to assess workflow inefficiencies, understand operational priorities and recommend appropriate system-based improvements.
• Develop a structured knowledge base covering system operations, configuration practices and troubleshooting procedures to support continuity and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Gradually take on a technical coaching role, helping colleagues strengthen their system knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
• Handle other responsibilities in line with business needs and management direction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a comparable field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 2–3 years specializing in ERP applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or its predecessor, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, with the ability to work across system functionality and development.
• Track record of delivering ERP implementation projects, with involvement across the major project stages from business analysis and solution preparation through go-live.
• Working knowledge of ERP-related development technologies, such as AL, C/AL, X++, SQL or comparable programming languages.
• Ability to independently investigate system issues, develop practical enhancements and improve existing business workflows.
• Familiarity with reporting solutions and low-code automation tools is an advantage, particularly Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Confident in working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders and senior management, to clarify requirements and align expectations.
• Good command at English.
