Key Responsibilities

Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with required standards and customer specifications to meet customer requirements.

Allocate available team members and resources to achieve daily inspection targets.

Monitor raw-material-related issues affecting production, and follow up with relevant internal and external departments to resolve them.

Maintain and update all charts and records relevant to the Lab/Inspection department.

Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate training for team members.

Assist the Department Manager by sharing relevant information and updates.

Perform other duties appropriate to the role as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational background in garment or textile-related disciplines.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a garment manufacturing company.

Proficiency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Hands-on experience in bulk fabric inspection and the 4-point inspection system.

Experience inspecting and testing sewing and packing trims.

Knowledge of basic fabric testing, including GSM, stretch and recovery, crocking, shrinkage, and different washing tests.

Understanding of bulk fabric shade bands and color-handling processes.

Knowledge of both knit and woven fabric types.

Ability to identify and resolve bulk fabric and trim issues while minimizing impact on production.

Experience handling fabric and garment testing failures.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage departmental data and support management decision-making.

Ability to manage daily departmental activities and coordinate the team according to production demand and PCD.
