Tuyển dụng Vietnamese Cabin Crew Management Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and supporting Vietnamese Cabin Crew, including personnel record management, visa/passport processing, payroll support, leave and benefits administration, recruitment support, operational coordination, handling special cases, and maintaining communication with the Head Office and relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor flight rosters, immigration documents, passports, and related certification/documentation;

• Guide crew members in preparing visa applications; track interview schedules and application outcomes;

• Track and manage the renewal and updates of passports and necessary credentials for cabin crew;

• Process and track sick leave, maternity leave, and related policies/records;

• Assist with the recruitment process and post-recruitment onboarding procedures;

• Support the preparation and processing of cabin crew payroll;

• Track and execute payment requests related to crew expenses, visas, passports, recruitment, and other operational costs.

Work Location

• 01 Position: Noibai International Airport (Hanoi).

• 01 Position: Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City); expected to transfer to Long Thanh International Airport once operations commence.

Education

• Bachelor’s or associate Degree.

• Candidates with degrees in Accounting or Human Resources are preferred.

Language Skills

• Vietnamese: Native/Fluent.

• English: TOEIC 650 or above, with the ability to communicate daily in English with Head Office (HDQ).

• Chinese: Reading, understanding, and writing proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT operations.

Experience

• Candidates with 2+ years of experience in HR or Accounting are preferred.

• Aviation industry experience is not required; fast learners with high adaptability will be considered.

Personal Competencies

• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for the aviation environment.

• High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and strong commitment to HR confidentiality.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
