We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology startup building BettaMax, an all-in-one platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores. Our ecosystem spans storefront creation, template customization, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, payment gateways, and cross-border logistics - serving 20,000+ sellers globally. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can push the interface and experience for sellers to the next level, making every interaction intuitive, delightful, and conversion-driven.

Job Description:

• Own the end-to-end design process for BettaMax’s seller-facing platform: from user research and wireframing through high-fidelity prototypes to design handoff and QA.
• Design intuitive, conversion-optimized interfaces for key product areas: store builder, product management, order dashboard, fulfillment tracking, payment settings, and analytics.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns) that ensures visual consistency across web and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Improve the storefront template library and customization experience, helping sellers build beautiful, high-converting stores with minimal effort.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions with real seller feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into polished, implementable designs.
• Design responsive experiences that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Contribute to the visual design of marketing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app guidance to improve seller activation and retention

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design, with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile products.
• Proficient in Figma, including UI design, prototyping and design system management.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, including user flows, information architecture, interaction and visual design.
• Experienced in designing responsive web and mobile experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Ability to design and simplify complex product workflows, such as order management, dashboards and analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems with reusable components and patterns.
• Familiar with user research and usability testing, and able to apply user feedback and data to design decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend constraints, with strong ownership, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
