•    Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.

•    End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, job posting, headhunting, screening and interview coordination.

•    Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, salary benchmarking and candidate selection.

•    HR Integration: Ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee by partnering with the HR Operations team to deliver seamless onboarding.

•    Data Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and support recruitment analytics.

•    Compliance & Policy: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, internal hiring policies, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.

•    Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries from internal staff and external partners.

•    Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

•    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment; experience in high-volume or specialized technical hiring is preferred.

•    Language: Strong business English skills for drafting professional communications and interacting with international stakeholders.

•    Recruitment Channels: Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals and social media hiring, including experience in building and managing recruitment channels on TikTok and Facebook.

•    Systems Knowledge: Proficient in HR software such as Workday, SAP or Paradise.

•    Communication: Strong negotiation and interviewing skills; able to represent the Company professionally.

•    Analytical Skills: Able to use recruitment metrics, such as turnover rate and cost-per-hire, to drive decision-making.

•    Resilience: Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines for mass hiring.
