Employment Type: Full-time

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week, as mutually agreed upon.

1. Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Showroom Sales & Operations Executive to support the daily operation of our furniture showroom. This role is responsible for delivering a professional customer experience, maintaining showroom presentation standards, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales and marketing activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Showroom Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Introduce products, materials, finishes, and customization options.

• Provide product information, quotations, and support customers throughout the purchasing process.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, Zalo, social media, and other communication channels.

• Support order processing and payment coordination.

B. Showroom Operations & Visual Presentation

• Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and well-presented according to Formation’s brand standards.

• Maintain proper product displays, including furniture arrangements, cushions, accessories, fabric swatches, and material samples.

• Conduct regular showroom inspections and identify items that need maintenance, replacement, or replenishment.

• Proactively identify missing showroom essentials and coordinate their preparation or procurement.

• Ensure all price tags, product information, catalogues, and sales materials are accurate and available.

C. Inventory & Delivery Coordination

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of showroom inventory, samples, and accessories.

• Coordinate stock receiving, stock movements, and regular inventory checks.

• Track customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Arrange delivery schedules with customers and logistics partners.

• Follow up on delivery status, installation, and customer feedback.

• Report stock discrepancies, product damage, or operational issues promptly.

D. Marketing Support

• Assist with assigned marketing activities, including campaigns, promotions, events, and showroom activations.

• Support basic content preparation, product photography, and social media activities when required.

• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.

• Assist in organizing showroom events and customer engagement activities.

• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

• Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on working attitude.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

• A good sense of aesthetics and interest in furniture and interior design are highly valued.
