• School outreach and relationship support

- Research potential partner schools and relevant contacts, including school leaders, teachers and career counsellors; maintain an organised contact database.

- Contact schools by email or phone under the team’s guidance to introduce JM’s products, understand their interests and arrange meetings or product demonstrations.

- Prepare outreach messages, presentations and meeting materials; assist with school visits, take meeting notes and follow up on agreed next steps.

- Track outreach progress, school responses and follow-up actions in the team’s CRM or tracking files; flag questions or requests that need senior support.

• Product promotion and student engagement

- Support campaigns and activities that introduce JM’s products to students and schools, including workshops, school events and product demonstrations.

- Help prepare brochures, presentation decks, email content and social media posts in coordination with the Marketing and Design teams.

- Assist with event invitations, registrations, materials and on-site coordination; provide students and school representatives with accurate product information.

- Collect feedback from students and schools and share observations with the team to support product improvements and future promotional activities.

• Research and reporting

- Research school needs, student interests and relevant education offerings to help identify outreach opportunities.

- Compile outreach and activity results into simple reports, highlighting feedback, progress and suggested next steps.

• Essential

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Education, English or a related field.

- Good written and spoken English and fluent Vietnamese, with the ability to write clear emails and explain product information professionally.

- Confident communicating with new people by email, phone and in person, including teachers, school representatives and students.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

- Organised, proactive and reliable, with attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks and follow-up deadlines.

- Interested in education, student development and promoting products that support students’ learning and career exploration.

- Handle school contact details, student information and internal materials responsibly and confidentially.

- Available for at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.

• Preferred

- Experience in school or community outreach, sales support, customer service, student clubs or event organisation.

- Familiarity with Canva, CRM platforms or email marketing tools.

- An English certificate, such as IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, is an advantage.
