Product Monitoring & Issue Management

Own specific ad products and features; develop in-depth knowledge of mechanics, user benefits, and business impact.

Monitor seller usage, performance metrics, and operational health; escalate and track bugs and system issues with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

Conduct analysis on market, competitor intelligence, seller survey, and performance data to generate insights and recommend product improvements.

New Product & Feature Launches

Design and execute end-to-end go-to-market plans, including stakeholder alignment, testing coordination with technical teams, and communication plans for business teams and sellers.

Monitor post-launch impact and surface optimization opportunities to continuously improve product performance.

Seller & Business Enablement

Partner with seller experience and business teams to address seller product inquiries and refine usage guidelines.

Deliver product briefing and training to seller and business teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Planning, Project Management, e-Commerce, or Digital Marketing.

Solid understanding of digital advertising products.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Data-driven and results-oriented; strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Prior experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or seller-facing roles.

Familiarity with product analytics tools or BI dashboards.
