(Senior) Seller & Assortment Management - Business Development, Shopee

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented member to join our Seller Performance team - Seller & Assortment scope. You will own one or more workstreams end-to-end - the scope of ownership and level of independence scale with experience. Core responsibilities include:

Seller Ecosystem Health

Monitoring seller and assortment health data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the platform

Building and maintaining trackers and reports that give leadership a reliable, recurring view of seller and assortment performance

Diagnosing gaps in assortment coverage and quality, and translating findings into actionable sourcing and growth initiatives

Supporting the design and execution of programs that drive assortment growth and seller engagement

Coordinating with various teams (BD, BI, Product, Regional) to help execute seller and assortment initiatives

Analyzing performance data to optimize program design and enhance seller/assortment outcomes

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, BI/analytics, or seller/category management, with a track record of owning a workstream or project end-to-end

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus

Effective communication in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment

Experience navigating and managing complex workflows in dynamic environments

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Previous experience with the e-commerce industry
