(Senior) Platform Pricing Management - Business Development, Shopee

We are seeking an analytical to join our Seller Performance team - Platform Pricing Management. You will own one or more workstreams end-to-end - the scope of ownership and level of independence scale with experience. Core responsibilities include:

Price Competitiveness (Marketplace & Livestream)

Design and monitor price competitiveness metrics: maintain tracker and monitor price competitiveness closely; work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to make necessary data & tracker adjustments

Collaborate cross-functionally: work with cross-functional teams to execute pricing actions

Assist in driving seller adoption and engagement for pricing-related tools & features via data analysis and solution development & execution

Analyze & improve performance via data-driven analysis to refine pricing strategies and enhance seller engagement

Work closely with Local and Regional Product to roll out new features in VN and provide feedback loop to regional teams for seamless seller/user experience

Identify seller needs & feature enhancement opportunity and discuss with Product regarding feature development/improvement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields

1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consulting, BI/analytics, or seller/category management, with a track record of owning a workstream or project end-to-end

Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus

Effective communication in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment

Experience navigating and managing complex workflows in dynamic environments

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Previous experience with the e-commerce industry, especially livestream
