Support the Sales Director in building the company's first customer base, coordinating sales team execution, and developing the route-to-market foundation in Vietnam. The role focuses on market mapping, new sales channel prospecting, outlet visits, portfolio introduction, account listing, first orders/pre-orders, delivery coordination, payment follow-up, team support, and sales reporting.

• Assist the Sales Director to manage and supervise the sales team, account follow-up, and reporting discipline.
• Build and maintain a target outlet database across selected channels.
• Prospect new sales channels and continue to service active channels across on-trade, horeca, selected retail, distribution, and qualified accounts.
• Visit and present the company portfolio to selected bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, retail accounts, distributors, and other qualified outlets.
• Follow up on product listing, menu or ordering-system placement, first orders/pre-orders, payment collection, and account status.
• Coordinate deliveries for all accounts with internal teams to ensure order accuracy, delivery status updates, and timely customer support.
• Coordinate sampling, tasting support, and trade activities with internal teams, ensuring proper use of samples, trade terms, and company guidelines.
• Track weekly sales pipeline, customer feedback, competitor information, market opportunities, and sales team follow-up progress.
• Support part-time or freelance collaborators by validating leads, coordinating account follow-up, and tracking progress when assigned.
• Ensure all sales and trade activities comply with company guidelines and regulations for age-restricted products; handle any other business-related tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the alcohol industry, preferably on-trade; experience in F&B, hospitality, beverage distribution, FMCG, horeca, or related channels is an advantage

• Experience working with restaurants, bars, hotels, retail stores, distributors, horeca channels, premium outlets, or nightlife/on-trade accounts is preferred. Experience supervising sales team members, part-time collaborators, or field sales execution is an advantage.

• Strong communication, field execution, customer follow-up, delivery coordination, and basic reporting skills.

• Able to converse and work in both English and Vietnamese.

• Driven, energetic, result-oriented, and willing to try new ideas and methods to increase sales.

• Able to develop new accounts, prospect new sales channels, conduct product presentations, and follow up on orders and payment status.

• Able to work with regulated products and follow company compliance guidelines, including responsible sales practices and no sales/promotion to underage consumers.
