• Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's business needs and ensure recruitment targets are met.
• Understand the characteristics of various recruitment channels, leverage their advantages, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, scheduling, candidate endorsement, reference checks, and offer coordination.
• Lead recruitment efforts across Vietnam (new and existing retail stores), supporting store-level hiring from end to end.
• Assist in analyzing and refining talent profiles, and develop talent maps to guide sourcing strategies.
• Identify challenges in the recruitment process, propose actionable improvements, and complete recruitment data analysis.
• Lead the preparation of hiring reports, recruitment trackers, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Manage employer branding initiatives, including Facebook, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and the Employee Referral Program.
• Coordinate with HR for new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth handover.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and support manpower requests as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proficient in Vietnamese; English as working language; Chinese is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience; retail or store recruitment experience is a strong plus.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, resilience, and ability to learn quickly.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize work and take ownership of recruitment outcomes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and proactive attitude.
