Tuyển dụng Senior Legal Executive tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Handle labor disputes and participate in labor disciplinary procedures, including reviewing relevant evidence, assessing legal risks, and supporting the Company throughout the disciplinary process.
• Coordinate with external law firms and relevant government authorities to address business requirements and ensure compliance with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, freelancer agreements, IT procurement contracts, confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and other business-related agreements.
• Assist in implementing regulatory requirements, including tax compliance (VAT and CIT), labor regulations, data protection and privacy laws, and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
• Support the drafting, reviewing, and optimization of internal SOPs, policies, guidelines, and procedures across various departments, including HR, Business, Finance, and Administration.
• Assist in reviewing and preparing applications for license amendments, business line registrations, and other corporate filings.
• Provide legal support for the Company’s new projects, business initiatives, and expansion plans, including identifying applicable legal requirements and advising on implementation.
• Participate in meetings with relevant internal departments and provide legal advice and support on business and operational matters.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.

Must-Have:

• At least 4 years of working experience in a corporate legal, in-house counsel, or law firm environment, and with FDI companies.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, labor, commercial, and tax-related regulations.
• Ability to work independently and solid dispute handling skills

Good-to-Have:

• Negotiation skills.
• Good English skills (especially reading and writing).
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and carefulness in all tasks.
