POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for leading Corporate Compliance across the Group, reviewing and enhancing the internal contract and policy framework, and acting as a key assistant to the Senior Legal Manager in handling major legal cases and corporate disputes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Corporate Compliance & Legal Risk Management
• Operational Compliance Oversight: Periodically evaluate and ensure legal compliance across Group manufacturing facilities (covering environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health & safety, food safety, and FMCG product labeling).
• Policy Development & Regulatory Updates: Proactively monitor and assess new legal regulations (e.g., Personal Data Protection - PDP, Cybersecurity, Tax, Customs, Labor, ESG); draft and update internal compliance procedures and corporate policies.
• Compliance Training: Organize and conduct legal compliance training sessions to build awareness among operational departments.
• 2. Contract Review & Management
• Contract Review & Approval: Review, evaluate, and approve commercial contracts, master service agreements, and framework agreements within assigned authority levels across departments.
• 3. Case Management & Dispute Resolution Support
• High-Level Legal Support: Assist the Senior Legal Manager directly in managing key legal matters, collecting evidence, researching legal precedents, and formulating legal strategies.
• Work with External Law Firms: Collaborate and manage work with external law firms/legal counsel to resolve commercial disputes, litigations, and arbitrations involving the Group.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal practice (experience in manufacturing, FMCG corporations, or reputable law firms is preferred).
• Professional Knowledge:  In-depth understanding of Corporate, Commercial, and Labor Laws, as well as factory compliance regulations.
• Strong legal mindset and risk management skills.

• Skills & Competencies

• Strong contract drafting, reviewing, and legal reasoning skills.
• Proficient in Legal English (reading, drafting, and negotiating international contracts/agreements).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive stakeholder management skills.
