Your Mission

Drive new business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding ATE's freight forwarding portfolio. This is a 100% Hunter role and focus on developing new B2B opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and win new customers.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

• Develop long-term customer relationships and grow account value.

• Promote ATE's integrated logistics solutions, including Ocean, Air, Customs Brokerage, and Value-added Services.

• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to identify growth opportunities.

• Support commercial campaigns and business development initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Proven success in Ocean and/or Air Freight sales.

• Strong network and customer development capability.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Chinese is an advantage).

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
