Operations/ Doc Logistics Staff - Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu

Air Tiger Express Logistics Vietnam, branch of a long-established USA logistics company, is now looking for an Operation / Documentation staff for HO CHI MINH office.

What you will be working on:

• To be well familiar with AMS / ACI filing process for all shipments to TPS/CAN ports sector.

• To be responsible for the operational results and administration of all containers services, traffic and network connections, provide the highest level of service at the lowest cost.

• To provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external customers.

• Minimize risk by dealing with vendors and carriers to reduce delays, diminish claims and maintain security.

• Handling claims, complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution for Customer satisfaction purpose.

• To offer schedule information, service parameters, and release and cut-off information, shipping instructions (bookings), changes in destination, delays in transit, and customer inquiries or complaints.

• To respond in a timely manner to queries (both internal and external) pertaining to export documentation issues and to strive at all times to meet established quality guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 02-year-experience of similar job in logistic/forwarder company.

• Experience in using system for bookings, documentation, intranet.

• Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.

• English: Intermediate level

• Knowing Chinese is an advantage
