Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and analytical requirements.
• Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Conduct root cause analysis, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
• Define KPIs, scorecards, and business performance metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

SQL & Data Analytics

• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.
• Analyze large datasets across multiple business domains.
• Perform data quality checks and validation.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data availability and quality.

Power BI Semantic Modeling

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models.
• Build and optimize star schema and dimensional models.
• Create reusable business metrics and DAX calculations.
• Optimize model performance and scalability.
• Support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Define and enforce data modeling best practices.

AI-Driven Analytics

• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve analytical efficiency.
• Leverage AI for:
  • Insight generation
  • Data exploration
  • Documentation
  • SQL generation and optimization
  • Business analysis acceleration
• Identify opportunities to automate analytical workflows through AI-powered solutions.
• Participate in AI transformation initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled decision intelligence capabilities.

• 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong understanding of:

Power BI Modeling (Must Have)

• 3+ years of Power BI experience.

  • Model Optimization
• Experience designing scalable enterprise reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.

• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
