We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with strong knowledge of social outreach and influencer marketing. This role will manage campaigns from A to Z for various brands, ensuring high-quality execution that meets ICON MEDIA’s standards of creativity and performance.

Job Descriptions

●       Lead campaigns, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

●       Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with client objectives and financial targets.

●       Proactively address any campaign issues, consulting with senior team members and adjusting strategies as necessary.

●       Lead and develop team members: foster professional growth, and coordinate efforts to deliver campaigns effectively.

●       Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and influencer activities to inform strategies.

●       Attend and contribute to strategy briefings, brainstorms, and client meetings, providing expertise and insights.

●       Review and refine content for presentations and proposals to ensure accuracy and appeal.

Requirements

●       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

●       Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, with Adobe Photoshop and Excel/Google Sheets being advantageous.

●       Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.

●       Background in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or

●       related agency.

●       Ability to lead projects and make informed decisions based on campaign data.

●       At least 1+ years of experience managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and contributing to team success.
