We are looking for an Account Executive who is an able-to-do spirit and familiar with the social media and influencer landscape. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end campaign management for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring that all projects meet ICON’s high standards of social creativity.

Job Descriptions

●        Assist in the execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring progress and effectiveness as directed by AM/SAE

●        Manage and execute tasks related to social media bookings, with a focus on KOL/KOC collaborations.

●        Manage budgets for smaller campaigns and report budget status as assigned.

●        Ensure the timely delivery and payment of contracts with clients and relevant suppliers while maintaining the project’s cash flow.

●        Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

●        Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, and influencer activities to support strategic planning.

●        Prepare documents, reports, and proposals for presentations in client or internal meetings.

Requirements

●        Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain good relationships with influencers.

●        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create professional presentation materials.

●        Knowledge of social media platforms, advertising trends, and influencer marketing.

●        Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

●        A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to support the team in any situation.

●        Prefer candidates having experience in booking management, influencer marketing, or communications (experience in an agency environment is a plus).
