Sample & Production Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinate the preparation, collection, transportation, storage, tracking, and

return of product samples for development, production, and photo shooting.

• Support photo shooting preparation, including product cleaning, styling,

steaming, shaping cushions/pillows, and arranging products and props.

• Create and manage material item codes and accessories for both

development and production stages; ensure all information is accurate and up

to date.

• Verify material consumption from Development/Production teams and

create/update BOM (Bill of Materials) accordingly.

• Support the preparation and updating of Tech Packs and other technical

documents.

• Coordinate with Product Development, Production, PMC, and other relevant

teams to ensure timely sample and production preparation.

• Maintain accurate records of samples, materials, and related documents.

• Continuously improve coordination and material/sample management

processes.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

• College degree or above; experience in furniture, manufacturing, product development, sample management, or production coordination is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic English and/or Chinese communication is an advantage.

• Able to work in a factory environment and handle/organize product samples and materials.
