Job Description:

- Coordinate the preparation, collection, transportation, storage, tracking, and return of product samples for development, production, and photo shooting.

- Support photo shooting preparation, including product cleaning, styling, steaming, shaping cushions/pillows, and arranging products and props.

- Create and manage material item codes and accessories for both development and production stages; ensure all information is accurate and up to date.

- Verify material consumption from Development/Production teams and create/update BOM (Bill of Materials) accordingly.

- Support the preparation and updating of Tech Packs and other technical documents.

- Coordinate with Product Development, Production, PMC, and other relevant teams to ensure timely sample and production preparation.

- Maintain accurate records of samples, materials, and related documents.

- Continuously improve coordination and material/sample management processes.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirement：

- College degree or above; experience in furniture, manufacturing, product development, sample management, or production coordination is preferred.

-  Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

-  Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in execution.

-  Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic English and/or Chinese communication is an advantage.

-  Able to work in a factory environment and handle/organize product samples and materials.
