Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Sales Planning Assistant to join our Sales Strategy team. The position focuses on assisting in sales & marketing strategy development, coordination, research, performance evaluation, and project-related documentation to contribute directly to revenue growth and operational excellence in a dynamic shopping mall environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Marketing Strategy Support

+ Assist in developing and updating sales & marketing strategies, annual plans, and related initiatives across leasing, tenant support, promotions, and events.

+ Help prepare strategy documents, execution plans, timelines, and materials to support all aspects of sales & marketing execution.

2. Coordination with Mall’s Sales & Marketing Team

+ Support effective team operations by collecting, consolidating, and organizing strategies, budgets, execution plans, and performance data from various mall functions.

+ Assist in monitoring progress against plans, tracking KPIs (occupancy, rental growth, tenant performance uplift, churn rate), and preparing summary reports/dashboards.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

+ Conduct market research as required (competitor mall visits, tenant movements, market benchmarks, foot traffic trends, new brand entries) to provide data-driven insights for the department and company.

+ Gather and summarize information on market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to support decision-making.

4. Performance Evaluation & Improvement Proposals

+ Assist in evaluating current sales & marketing performance (revenue trends, tenant feedback, promotion ROI, operational bottlenecks).

+ Help propose practical improvement plans and optimization recommendations to enhance mall sales & marketing results and operational efficiency.

5. General Support Tasks

+ Maintain department databases and filing systems (tenant profiles, vacancy tracking, budget sheets, sales plan, marketing plan, performance metrics).

+ Prepare regular reports, presentations (Excel, PowerPoint), and meeting materials.

+ Perform administrative duties: scheduling, data entry, field checks (occasional mall/competitor visits), and other ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

● 0–3 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to retail, shopping mall, leasing, marketing coordination, or market research is a strong advantage.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, charts; strong PowerPoint for presentations and reports).

● Good English proficiency

● Basic knowledge of shopping mall operations, tenant mix planning, leasing concepts, or retail marketing is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numbers and data accurately.

● Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines.

● Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
