This role is responsible for driving business growth in Vietnam by developing sales channels, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence for a portfolio of industrial technology solutions.

Description

* Drive sales growth and market expansion across Vietnam.

* Develop and strengthen distributor, channel partner, and integrator networks.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

* Manage complex sales opportunities and support contract negotiations.

* Establish joint business plans and sales targets with channel partners.

* Conduct regular business reviews and customer visits.

* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support commercial strategy.

* Maintain accurate sales pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM reporting.

* Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business objectives.

* Base in HCM

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related discipline.

* At least 5 years of B2B sales experience within industrial, technical, or solution-based selling environments.

* Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models.

* Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

* Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.

* Fluent Vietnamese and professional English communication skills.
